DSA's Application Services Group is a leading provider of integrated, multi-user software for wholesalers and distributors.

Most wholesalers and distributors are quickly realizing that to remain competitive they must adopt a philosophy of MANAGING CHANGE TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY. This reengineering is not a one-time event, rather it's an ongoing process. Assistance is needed in not only selecting and implementing business system software, but also in integrating the use of these solutions and office productivity tools in the organization itself. For wholesalers and distributors located in the Southwestern United States, DSA's Application Services Group can help meet these changing needs.

Consulting
An application is only as good as your ability to use it. Our consulting services are designed to help you derive the most out of your application software investment. We’re here to help you implement new applications and to help you use more of the capabilities of your existing applications. We begin with an initial consultation to determine the individual needs of your company. Then, a project plan detailing consulting activities, time frames and personnel requirements is developed. We offer assistance through all phases of your engagement from project planning and analysis to installation, testing, conversion and “go live” support. We use a proven methodology to ensure a consistent, quality approach to managing our projects.

Migration
In today’s competitive environment, your ability to compete can correlate with the capabilities of your software applications. Today, most customers select a software application with the intent to grow with the product as new features and new complementary software products are released. Our applications services group assists you in assimilating new releases and products into your organization in a methodical, organized fashion. As with implementations of new software products, we handle all aspects of a migration, from project planning to “go live”.

Software Customization
When customized solutions are required to meet business needs, we offer application design and application development. We work with you to identify your unique business needs and we develop specifications that you can understand. When you approve the specification, we develop the new functionality, and test it internally. Once it passes our internal tests, we install the developed software in a test environment on your system. When you say so, we move it to production.

Education
DSA's education services provide training on our software products. We’re able to offer those services at your site or at one of our offices. We train employees during implementation of a new system, offer refresher courses after you go live, and train your new employees, when they join your company.
